Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Age and eligibility

The Site contains sexually explicit material intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority in your jurisdiction to access the Site, and it must be legal to view adult material where you are located. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We may terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor, without refund.

2. Membership and recurring billing

Memberships are subscriptions that renew automatically. At checkout, before you pay, we display the initial price, the renewal (rebill) price, and the renewal frequency. By subscribing you authorize our payment processor to charge your payment method the renewal price at each renewal interval until you cancel.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and no further charges are made. 4. License and acceptable use

All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to [COMPANY LEGAL NAME, e.g. Example Media LLC] and is protected by copyright. Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content for private, non-commercial viewing. You may not download (except where a download feature is provided), copy, record, redistribute, publicly display, or share content or your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, share credentials, use VPNs/bots to scrape content, or initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

5. Performers and content standards

All persons depicted on the Site were at least 18 years old at the time of production. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained as described in our 2257 Compliance Statement. All content is produced with the documented consent of every person depicted. To report content you believe is illegal, non-consensual, or infringing, see our Content Removal Policy.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY LEGAL NAME, e.g. Example Media LLC] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. 7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [support@example.com]. Sections 4–6 survive termination.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
